Shipping and Returns
With the ongoing postal delays that Royal Mail are experiencing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please be patient when waiting for your order. If you have not received your order within 10 working days of your dispatch notification, please get in touch.
All orders for physical products will be posted via Royal Mail, either Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 for larger parcels or by 1st Class post for smaller orders. Shipping costs will vary according to the weight of the times bought and postage option selected. We always try to keep the cost of postage and packaging fair, however we may need to raise these from time to time in line with inflation.
Please note that we have a 3-5 day processing time for all orders of physical products.
We want you to love your fabric, but sometimes it's not a match made in heaven. Refunds for cut fabric are discretionary unless faulty or damaged and not for any other reason as it will have been cut to your specific requirements. Sewing patterns can not be returned, this is a policy of the pattern designers rather than ourselves and is non-negotiable. Please check sizing and pattern requirements carefully before purchasing.
